What was Needed - Monica on Aftercare in Romania

When Monica found out about human trafficking in her country she asked the authorities what they needed to help fight it. They told her there were no aftercare shelters and one was desperately needed. So Monica created Romania's first aftercare shelter for victims of sex trafficking.
