Social Workers and Human Trafficking

Social workers are on the front lines of the fight against modern-day enslavement. They are often the first people victims and survivors of human trafficking come into contact with and are crucial to providing aftercare. Some schools of social work have research centers and institutes dedicated to the fight against human trafficking.

This month, be sure and thank a social worker for all of their hard work.
